Who we are
A knitting factory,
not a trading desk
Shantou Shanhao Knitting Co., Ltd. has spent more than ten years on one narrow thing: functional underwear. Reusable leakproof period panties, incontinence wear and maternity garments — nothing else.
The factory sits in Shantou; the sales team works from Shenzhen so buyers get answers in their own working hours. Between the two floors we produce 500,000 panties and 100,000 bras every month, and an in-house development team keeps improving fabrics and construction rather than waiting for a supplier to do it.

Pattern & sampling
Pattern cut, sample sewn and shipped. Your comments go back into a revised spec, not a phone call.

Every roll checked against its OEKO-TEX certificate and absorbency spec before a panel is cut.

The four-layer core is bonded and leak-tested per batch. Failed batches never reach the sewing line.

What buyers ask

Ask our teamDo you offer OEM and ODM, or only stock designs?
Both. Send us a tech pack and we'll build to it, or start from our existing development library and adapt it. That covers custom patterns, private labelling, logo printing, packaging development, fabric sourcing and absorbency customisation.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 for quality management, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for material safety, GOTS and OCS for organic content, GRS for recycled content, BSCI for social compliance, and FDA registration. Certificates are issued on request and per shipment.
What materials do you work with?
Organic cotton, bamboo fibre, modal, recycled polyamide and nylon/elastane blends — all OEKO-TEX certified. Material selection is usually driven by your target market and price point, and we'll advise on the trade-offs before sampling.
How do you control quality?
Five gates: fabric inspection at intake, in-line production monitoring, absorbency testing on the laminated core, stitching and sizing verification, and a final packaging audit. A dedicated QC team signs off each stage before the order moves on.
What are your MOQs and lead times?
Samples ship in 5–7 business days. Bulk lead time depends on fabric availability and order size, and we quote it with the price rather than after. MOQs are flexible for private label launches — tell us your target volume and we'll tell you honestly whether it works.
Are your products really PFAS-free?
Yes, and we test rather than assume. The leak barrier uses a breathable membrane with no fluorochemical coating, and finished goods are screened for PFAS, phthalates, parabens and heavy metals. Test reports are available on request.

Europe, Australia, North America, South Africa and across Asia — 40+ export regions in total. We're familiar with the labelling and compliance requirements that differ between them, so tell us the destination early.
